Whimsy's Spooktacular Giveaway — Official Rules
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Whimsy Stamps LLC, of Punta Gorda, FL USA.
2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees of Whimsy Stamps LLC and their immediate household members are not eligible.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins October 24, 2026, and ends October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Visit WhimsyStamps.com, browse our products, and complete the official giveaway entry form by providing your name, email address, and the Whimsy Stamps product you would most like to own.
No purchase is necessary. Limit one entry per person. Making a purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive both:
- One $50 USD Whimsy Stamps virtual gift card, redeemable at WhimsyStamps.com.
- One enrollment in Kelly Taylor's Spooky Scenes virtual class, originally held October 17, 2026, valued at $27 USD.
The total approximate retail value is $77 USD.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred, except where required by applicable law. Gift card use is subject to applicable store terms.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will take place on Monday, November 2, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form and must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification to claim the prize.
The potential winner must confirm eligibility before receiving the prizes. If the winner does not respond within the specified period or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at random.
7. Prize Delivery
The verified winner will receive their $50 Whimsy Stamps digital gift card and instructions for accessing the prerecorded Spooky Scenes virtual class electronically. No physical products will be shipped as part of this giveaway.
8. Privacy
Information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and deliver the prizes. Entering the giveaway does not automatically subscribe participants to marketing emails.
9. General Conditions
Whimsy Stamps LLC reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, duplicate, automated, or otherwise ineligible entries. Any modification, suspension, or cancellation of the promotion will be subject to applicable law and must be handled fairly to participants.
