Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Whimsy Stamps does not grant wholesale accounts to those selling on eBay/auction sites or in buying and selling groups on Facebook. Violations of this policy will not be tolerated and your wholesale account will be terminated. If you own a private group on Facebook where you are the ONLY seller, or you own an eBay store, we will consider upon request.
Once you have created your account and provided the necessary information, we will review your request and grant access if you meet all requirements.
To place a wholesale order:
- Minimum order of $200 on all wholesale orders, under $200 will not qualify for wholesale pricing
- Products may be ordered in any quantity, no minimum requirements
- Qualifying Wholesale accounts will receive discounted pricing of 50% off retail price on rubber and clear stamps, dies, stencils, and embossing folders and a discount of 30% off retail pricing for all paper products.
- No additional discounts on clearance or retiring items, all sales final.
- Orders MUST be placed through our website.
Our system will only allow the purchase of currently in stock items. If there is something we do not have in stock but you wish to order, please note that at checkout. We will then order it for you and then either edit your current order or send a separate invoice for those items along with any additional shipping charges. The order will ship once all inventory has become available.
Shipping Information:
- Whimsy Stamps uses priority mail through the United States Postal Service or UPS as its standard for shipping. Wholesale customers requesting another method of shipping must do so at the time the order is placed and must provide necessary account information to Whimsy Stamps.
**Please Note: All shipping charges will be billed SEPARATELY if you are in the USA. We will send an invoice for shipping charges once accurate shipping totals can be calculated based on weight and destination of package(s). Orders will ship once full payment of both the order total and shipping charges have been completed.
If you are shipping to an international location, you will be billed at checkout. However, if you are over or under charged, we will bill accordingly or issue a refund. Also, if you wish to use your own shipping account with another carrier service, please note that information at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate, but you will need to arrange for the pick-up and all necessary shipping labels/customs forms.
Terms and Conditions:
- Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAP): Retailers may advertise Whimsy Stamps products at or above the minimum advertised price. The MAP is equal to the MSRP displayed on our public website. Please note MAP is not a sale price that may be advertised occasionally on our site, but rather our everyday full retail price. Retailers are permitted to have occasional storewide sales, which include Whimsy Stamps products that would cause the advertised price to drop below Whimsy Stamps MSRP. Sales must NOT be ongoing. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks at full price for all new release products before offering discounts.
- Order Processing: Whimsy Stamps does its best to have orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible; however please allow 7 to 10 days for processing and shipping if you have ordered any out of stock items. If you only ordered in stock items, orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours of placement, except on weekends and holidays.
- Preorders: Occasionally we allow our retailers to preorder new release stamps. These stamp images and pricing details will be made viewable upon request. Retailers MUST NOT publicize new release stamp images before the set release dates. New release products MUST NOT be placed on discounted sale until at least 6 weeks after the release dates.
- Guarantee and Return Policy: It is the responsibility of the retailer to inspect all products shipped by Whimsy Stamps. Any problem or defect must be reported to Whimsy Stamps within 14 days of receipt. Whimsy Stamps reserves the right to have proof of said defect. If a defect or problem is deemed to exist, Whimsy Stamps will provide a replacement at no additional cost to the retailer or a store credit to be used on a future order.
- Payment Terms: Whimsy Stamps uses PayPal and a third-party credit card processor for payment processing. Payment is due prior to shipment of all orders. Whimsy Stamps will cancel any order after 14 days if payment in full is not received. Please add whimsystamps@gmail.com to your safe email list to ensure you receive all correspondence, including order updates, pending invoices, and shipping notices.
- Online Retailers: Any online catalog displaying Whimsy Stamps products MUST include our company logo, watermarked product images, and product descriptions found on our website. This is to ensure consistent product information and branding.
By placing your wholesale order with us, you are agreeing to ALL of our terms and conditions. Retailers found to be in violation of these terms and conditions will have their account terminated. All inactive accounts of a year or more will be deleted. If you wish to place an order, you will need to reapply and create a new account. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice by Whimsy Stamps.
