Wholesale Information

Thank you for your interest in Whimsy Stamps and our various products. We do offer wholesale discounts to registered retailers who have provided us with all the necessary business information, including licenses and tax information.

The first step in wholesale process is to create an account on this site. Once your account has been created, please email us at whimsystamps@gmail.com with your business information, including all necessary licensing and tax information. Once all information has been received, we will approve your account.

Registered retailers must log into the site to see the wholesale pricing and receive discounts.

At check out you will be charged shipping based on USPS pricing. There are no discounts for shipping on wholesale orders. If you are USA based store, your shipping will be charged as free at check out. We will bill separately for exact charges once the order is ready to ship. If you are international, you will be charged based on your order total, however if there is any discrepancy between what you were billed and the actual postage amount, we will either refund or bill you separately for the difference. If you wish to use your own account with another carrier, please leave that information in the comment section at checkout. Any fees charged for shipping will be refunded and your shipping account will be used instead. 

Also, if we are out of stock on an item you needed and you don't mind waiting, please leave a note and we will order it for you and ship the order when the products are back in stock. An invoice will be sent for any additional items before the order ships.
