Whimsy Rewards Program
Whimsy participates in a Loyalty Rewards program through 3rd party app Growave.io. Customers can join this program for free and earn points for various actions - signing up, sharing, referrals, shopping, etc. Every 500 Whimsy Rewards points will earn a $5 coupon code good on a future order in the Whimsy Stamps online store as well as at our boutique location.
To join, please login or create a Whimsy account. When you are logged in, you will be able to see your rewards information through the Rewards Tab on the right of your screen or by clicking the Rewards at the top of the screen. In your Whimsy Rewards account you will be able to see your rewards balance and other program information. From this app, you can complete all the actions for earning rewards as well as redeeming earned rewards to use on future orders.
To you redeem your rewards for coupon codes, you will just click the option you wish to use (example: $5 off) and click the green check mark (on the Reward tab view) or the confirm button (on the Rewards page view). When you are ready to check out, if the coupon code was not automatically added to the discount box, just click the Rewards in the main menu and you will see your active coupon codes. Click the apply button or you can also copy and then paste into the discount box at checkout.
You can save your Whimsy Rewards to earn higher value coupon codes. Or redeem as you hit 500. Whatever you choose, they are yours to use as you wish, however they do expire after 2 years.
Please note that reward coupon codes must be entered at checkout before order completion. We cannot apply rewards coupons after the order is placed. If you forget to add the coupon, you will need to save and use it on a future order. Also, reward coupon codes cannot be used on orders placed during special sales events.
