Need a weekend getaway to relax and get your craft on?  Want to meet new people while learning new crafty tips and techniques?

Join us for 3 days of crafting workshops, projects, friends and fun with games, prizes, swag bag and more, all while enjoying a weekend away in sunny Fort Myers, Florida. This retreat is hosted by Whimsy Stamps with workshops taught by our talented Whimsy designers. It will be a jammed packed weekend full of crafty goodness!

4pm to 6pm - Welcome and Meet and Greet and Shopping Hours
6pm to 7pm - dinner break
7pm to 9pm - WORKSHOP 1
9pm to 11pm - Make and Take stations

Saturday 7/15 - 9am to 10pm
9am to 9:30am - set up and get situated for the day
9:30 am to 11:30am - WORKSHOP 2
11:30am to 1:30pm - open crafting/lunch break/shopping hours
1:30pm to 3:30pm - WORKSHOP 3
3:30pm to 5:30pm - WORKSHOP 4
5:30pm to 7pm - dinner break
7pm to 9pm - Make and Take stations
8:30pm to 10pm - open crafting time/social time/shopping hours

Sunday 7/16 - 9am to 7pm
9am to 9:30am - set up and get situated for the day
9:30 am to 11:30am - WORKSHOP 5
11:30am to 1:30pm - open crafting/lunch break/shopping hours
1:30pm to 3:30pm - WORKSHOP 6
3:30pm to 5:30pm - Make and Take Stations
5:30pm to 7pm - open crafting/clean up/final shopping hours/a sad goodbye

$419 full price ticket
 $150 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot.

Important:
  • Attendees will be required to bring a basic crafting tool kit to the workshop weekend - including coloring medium, scissors, adhesive, etc. 
  • A full list of supplies will be emailed to all attendees one month prior to the event. 
  • Project and workshop kits will be supplied to each attendee and will include card stock, papers, embellishments, stamped images, die cuts, and more.  
  • Each attendee will also receive a goodie bag of brand new Whimsy products to use at the event and take home

**We will receive a group rate discount, all rooms are $162 per night plus tax for the non smoking 2 Queen Beds Deluxe. A link for online booking will be sent via email once retreat ticket deposit has been made.

The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport available to all guests. Guests will also be offered free hot breakfast and the evening Kick Back© along with happy hour cocktails in the evenings. There is also free Wi-Fi and on site parking for guests. The Drury Inn and Suites Fort Myers Airport FGCU is within walking distance of a large shopping center and many other restaurants options. If you have a vehicle, there are beaches and other area attractions to take advantage of as well.

Cancellation Policy:
$150 non-refundable deposit - due to requirements and hotel contract
$419 ticket price payment must be paid in full by Monday, May 15th 2023
 Cancellations made before May 15th will receive a refund of the amount paid, less the $150 non-refundable deposit.
