Whimsy Stamps 2nd Annual Craft Retreat - Friday, October 6th, 2017 through Sunday, October 8th, 2017 at the Holiday Inn Orlando - International Airport.

Join us for 3 days of classes, crafting, friends and more! Hosted by Denise Lynn of Whimsy Stamps and our amazing team of artists and designers. Classes will be held daily with nights free to enjoy the Orlando area dining, shopping, and attractions or to continue with your crafting projects.

What you can expect at the retreat: Daily classes and projects taught by our talented teachers – including coloring tutorials with Copics and Distressed Inks, Technique classes and more; Whimsy Gift Bag of exclusive products not yet available to the public, games and prizes and lots and lots of fun!

Class Teachers: Whimsy Illustrator Crissy Armstrong; Whimsy Designers Alanna Moses, Linda Levoir, Iris Wiechmann, and Faye-Wynn Jones

Event Cost $369 - ONLY 25 Spots Available, $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. *The $369.00 pricing is the cost of the event only and does not include hotel, food, or transportation.

Crafters must bring a basic craft tool kit to all classes – (scissors, paper cutter, adhesive(s), coloring mediums, etc.) A full list of supplies will be emailed to all attendees a few weeks prior to the event date. Please be sure to give us accurate email contact information.

Attendees are also encouraged to join our private Facebook group where we can "meet" before the retreat weekend.

If retreat ticket is paid in full by June 15th, receive special "early bird" pricing of $319. After June 15th pricing is full $369.  If full balance is not paid by August 1st your spot will be given to someone else.

Cancellation Policy: $100 non-refundable deposit, due to requirements and hotel contract.  Cancellations made before August 1st will receive a refund of the amount paid, less the $100 non-refundable deposit. No refunds after August 1st however you will receive the kits for all projects made at the retreat, if you had previously paid in full.
Every case will be reviewed individually. A full/partial refund and/or transfer may be offered upon consideration.

To Purchase Your Ticket: Add this product to your shopping cart and pay the $100 non-refundable deposit. This will secure your spot among our 25 available spaces. You will then receive an invoice through PayPal for the remaining balance. If paid prior to June 15th the remainder will be $219, after that time it will be $269.

***Tickets purchased after August 1st will be non-refundable.

 Full details and information for the hotel will be sent to you via email after your deposit is paid. A group rate link will be provided via email for attendees who book rooms prior to August 1st. The group rate is $119 per room, per night.
