Whimsy Stamps Returns Policy:

We closely monitor the quality of all Whimsy Stamps products. In the unlikely event of a product defect, please email us a picture of the stamped image which depicts how the product is defective. If we agree about the defective item, we will be happy to ship a replacement to you at no cost. Defective products will only be replaced within six months of purchase date.

If you purchase an item by mistake and would like to exchange for a different item, you must contact us within 15 days of order receipt. Please email us and we will arrange for the exchange. To return an item for a refund, please contact us within 15 days of order receipt. All items returned  for exchange or refund must be unopened and in new condition. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Customers who cancel orders prior to shipping will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover the costs associated with the cancellation, including but not limited to non-recoverable transaction processing fees.

Whimsy Stamps Shipping Policy:

Whimsy Stamps ships worldwide. Whimsy Stamps is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged once the parcel has left our warehouse. Please contact your local Postal Service to help with recovering lost or damaged packages. Every country has a customs department which reserves the right to inspect imported parcels. These inspections, which are out of our control, could delay the transit time of your order. In addition, we cannot guarantee that tracking information will be updated regularly on the USPS web site.

International shipments may be subject to VAT and/or other fees and taxes. Unless specifically collected during the checkout process, Whimsy Stamps is not responsible for these fees. If you have any questions about taxes, you should consult your local customs office prior to placing your order. Whimsy Stamps cannot advise customers about VAT and/or other tax requirements.

Whimsy Stamps Angel Policy:

Whimsy Stamps, LLC is an Angel Company. We welcome our customers to use our stamps on any HAND MADE artworks. Items which are hand made are those which have been HAND STAMPED, created by hand, and have not been mechanically reproduced/copied/scanned etc.

You may sell all hand made creations, which contain Whimsy Stamps products. All hand made creations must be full projects or cards, not just stamped images. Please do not mechanically, graphically, or electronically reproduce any of Whimsy Stamps designs and/or images, this also includes photocopying, scanning, or creating embroidery files.

The sale of Whimsy Stamps images and/or die cuts is strictly prohibited. This includes hand stamping the image and then selling it as a "topper" (black and white or precolored image) to another person or business entity or mass die cutting designs and reselling those die cut pieces. All Whimsy Stamps products are intended for your personal use and enjoyment. You may not redistribute any of our designs, this includes rubber/clear designs, die cuts, digital designs, and custom products. Distribution includes but is not limited to: sharing via email, trading, swapping, lending, duplicating, posting to the internet, or reselling in any form. Please respect the rights of our artists. All Whimsy Stamps designs and images are copyright protected and may not be copied without permission.

Whimsy Stamps images and designs may not be used to create logos or trademarks. Whimsy Stamps products cannot be used to create embroidery files or any other type of cut file.

Appropriate credit should be given to Whimsy Stamps and our artists whenever possible.

Collection of Email Addresses:

We collect email addresses in order to send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. Emails are used to process orders and to send information and updates pertaining to orders including order status and tracking information. Emails are also sent when you have requested additional information related to a product and/or service or if you have signed up to receive our marketing emails in which we share about other news, sales, product releases, and/or services.

If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails from us, you can follow the instructions at the bottom of each email and we will promptly remove you from all such email correspondence.
