Whimsy Stamps 3rd Annual Craft Retreat - Friday, June 22nd, 2018 through Sunday, June 24th, 2018 at the Hampton Inn and Suites @ Gateway Village, Orlando Florida.

Join us for 3 days of classes, crafting, friends and more! Hosted by Denise Lynn of Whimsy Stamps and our amazing team of artists and designers. Classes will be held daily with nights free to enjoy the Orlando area dining, shopping, and attractions or to continue with your crafting projects.

What you can expect at the retreat: Daily classes and projects taught by our talented teachers – including coloring tutorials with Copics and Distressed Inks, Technique classes, and more; Whimsy Gift Bag of exclusive products not yet available to the public, games and prizes, a chance to shop Whimsy products, and lots and lots of fun!

Class Teachers: Whimsy Illustrator Crissy Armstrong; Whimsy Designers Alanna Moses, Melissa Andrew, Iris Wiechmann, Faye-Wynn Jones,  and one more!

Event Cost $369 - Limited Spots Available, $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. *The $369.00 pricing is the cost of the event only and does not include hotel, food, or transportation.

Crafters must bring a basic craft tool kit to all classes – (scissors, paper cutter, adhesive(s), coloring mediums, etc.) A full list of supplies will be emailed to all attendees a few weeks prior to the event date. Please be sure to give us accurate email contact information.

Attendees are also encouraged to join our private Facebook group where we can "meet" before the retreat weekend.

If retreat ticket is paid in full by April 15th, receive special "early bird" pricing of $319. After April 15th pricing is full $369.  If full balance is not paid by May 1st your spot will be given to someone else.

Cancellation Policy: $100 non-refundable deposit, due to requirements and hotel contract.  Cancellations made before May 1st will receive a refund of the amount paid, less the $100 non-refundable deposit. No refunds after May 1st however you will receive the kits for all projects made at the retreat, if you had previously paid in full. Every case will be reviewed individually. A full/partial refund and/or transfer may be offered upon consideration.

To Purchase Your Ticket: Add this product to your shopping cart and pay the $100 non-refundable deposit. This will secure your spot among our 25 available spaces. You will then receive an invoice through PayPal for the remaining balance. If paid prior to April 15th the remainder will be $219, after that time it will be $269. Installment payments are welcome as well.

***Any tickets purchased after May 1st will be non-refundable.
